Our Certifications

The Franklin VNA & Hospice is licensed by the state of New Hampshire as a Home Care Agency and also licensed as a Hospice Agency. Both programs are Medicare certified.

Home care services require a physician’s order to be covered by health insurance or Medicare / Medicaid. All patient information is strictly confidential. The clinician caring for the patient communicates with the doctor ordering services.
