Our agency offers monthly community health clinics for seniors to receive basic health services. Registered nurses provide foot care, blood pressure screenings, flu vaccinations, nutritional education, medication education, and advance directives education. These clinics do not replace regular primary care provider visits.

Clinics are held at a variety of locations in the community including the Salisbury Senior Center, Laconia Senior Center, The Pines in Northfield, Tilton Senior Center, and Tripp Center in Franklin. Foot Care Clinics are also held on Wednesdays by appointment at Franklin VNA & Hospice.
